I'll run your site through my own tooling.

The same AI analysis, Search Console pulls, and technical checks I use on my own projects, pointed at your site. You get the findings in a document. There is nothing to buy at the end of it.

What you get

Findings, not a sales document.

Specific, with the evidence attached, so you could hand it to any developer.

  • Technical health Core Web Vitals, render-blocking resources, image weight, mobile behaviour, and anything actively broken.
  • Search visibility What you currently rank for, what you nearly rank for, and which pages are competing with each other. Pulled from live Search Console and GA4 data where you can grant read access, and from public signals where you cannot.
  • Indexing and structure Pages Google has and has not indexed, duplicate URLs splitting your equity, sitemap and robots problems, structured-data errors.
  • Conversion path What a first-time visitor actually sees, where the friction is, and whether your tracking would even tell you if it worked.
  • A prioritised list Ordered by impact against effort, with the handful that matter marked. Most sites have three or four things worth doing and a long tail that is not worth your afternoon.

Request the audit

Takes a minute. I'll reply from chris@saguarodigital.io.

Usually back within a few days. If it'll be longer, I'll tell you.

How it runs

Four steps, mostly automated.

Which is the point — it's the pipeline doing the work, not me reading your site by hand.

  1. Crawl and measure Automated pass over your pages for performance, structure, metadata and anything returning an error.
  2. Pull the real numbers Where you can grant read-only Search Console and Analytics access, I query them directly rather than guessing from third-party estimates. Optional, and the audit still works without it.
  3. Analyse The findings go through the same AI analysis I use for my own work, then I read the output and throw out what's wrong. Models are confidently mistaken often enough that an unreviewed report is worth nothing.
  4. Send it A document with what I found, what I'd do first, and why. If your site is in good shape, the report says so and it's short.

Why free

The honest version.

I'm not selling marketing services. I have a full-time job doing this, and Saguaro Digital is where I build tooling, write, and run a store.

Audits are how I test that tooling against sites I didn't build. Every one I run makes the pipeline better, and occasionally it turns up a problem interesting enough to write about. That's the whole trade: you get the findings, I get a real site to point the machine at.

So there's no call, no proposal, and no follow-up sequence. If you want to talk about the findings afterwards, my email is at the bottom of this page.
